Rotary Cutter / Bush Hog Considerations for Compact Tractors

I ran a BH SQ60 behind a Kubota L-185DT for 2 decades. Mostly flat pasture, with brush (privet) hedge clearing. Never felt I was HP limited. I want to say it was 17 or 19HP. The L-185DT was the same size as the 3 cyls (L-245, etc) so carried the Squealer with no issues. Could cut my pasture in...

L-2501 HST fluid level sight glass. (Dipstick?)

Looking to get an L-2501, and for some specific reasons my wife would like a cab. (Poison ivy debris/dust and yellow jackets, both of which were are dangerously allergic to) There is not a factory option for the small L's. Seems like you jump from the (fairly expensive but luxurious) B-2650HSDC...

Longtime L-185DT owner. Primarily used to cut 4 Acre pasture with a 60" rotary cutter (Bushhog SQ60) as well as maintain trails/clearings/creekbanks on 14 wooded section of our property. The L-185DT has been a great tractor for us, very reliable, and has no issues cutting what I need to cut...
