I'm trying to remove the starter on my JD 3720 because I'm thinking the solenoid is defective. I have all the wires disconnected from it as well as the two bolts removed that appear to hold it. Only thing is, the starter will not even begin to budge, and it appears to be still solidly attached...

Anyone know the procedure/process for removing the ignition switch on a 2005 John Deere 3720? I've taken the nut off of the front of it, but there does not appear to be enough space behind it to push it in to remove it from the panel. Thanks, Ken
