Attached is a pic of a Herd M96 mounted on my Kubota B3030. The 3pt is in the lowest position. Does it appear I need to shorten the shaft about 2 inches? I've read some of the previous posts but it's still not clear to me on how to measure or determine if the shaft is short or long.

I've had a B3030 ordered for about 3 weeks and today I saw her in the service area being prepped for delivery. She was beautiful! I think my wife enjoyed the brief glimpse more than myself. I really needed to mow this weekend but I'll have to wait till Tuesday's delivery.
