Does anyone know of a place besides John Deere where I can get replacement tubes for my MX6? It is a round tube with 2 lobes on it. Lots of places have a 3 lobe shaft, but I cannot find a 2 lobe shaft anywhere. The tubes are pinned to the yokes so replacement should be fairly easy.

The output shaft broke on my MX6. Does anyone know if there is place anywhere that salvages mower parts or gearboxes? My research has revealed that any other brand of mower would accept a generic gearbox for around $350-$400, but being a John Deere with a double hull I cannot use the generic...
