Bought new Kubota this past weekend and 3 pt hitch won't budge. Hydraulic fluid not all the way full, but within the two marks. Manual says to turn wheels left and right to remove air - did that 20 times and still nothing. I can hear it trying to work. Knob confirmed open, but no action...any...
