Please see photo. This pump is on the left side, under the alternator, of a Shibaura SE 5346 tractor. What kind of pump is this, and what does it do? It is fed from a resevoir above and back of it, and it's fill hole is accessed through the top cover of the tractor. Thnaks!

Does anyone know where the hydraulic pump is located on a Shibaura tractor? Mine is a SE 5346. I think it's on the left side of the engine, under the altenator, but not sure that's it. If it is, there is a resevoir that has a dipstick/fill hole accessable from the top of the tractor. Is this...
