    Default Steering Wheel Removal

    Shibaura/ Ford 1200

    Steering wheel held on by a nut as usual but how do I remove the covering disc in the centre of the steering wheel?

    It seems to be welded on, others have had a go at prising it off because there are several bits missing/chipped out of it.

    Am I missing something
