How to post picture in forum

Greetings from a senior citizen newbie!

I really enjoy reading and posting to TBN forums. I would like to make a reply to an existing forum and include a picture from MY PICTURES on my computer. As a senior I know only basics about computers and need someone to give me some detailed instruction as to how to accomplish this. Thanks very much. This may have been covered elsewhere but i just can't find it. If so, I apologize for asking again!

Is anyone else having problems uploading a photo? I'm trying to upload a 300K photo and it just sits on Uploading File.

Try resizing your photo to 640x480 (usually to a 100k or less size) and it should upload quickly.
