Slow Board
The board is slow even for this site, seem to have a lot of visitors but not many talkers..lol..Guess everyone is out enjoying their tractors.
Nice and 74 here in southern WV, I hope to get some plants out today and maybe beans planted. Hopefully frost is over.

Re: Slow Board
Got my market garden in, over 5,000 feet of 3 varieties of sweet corn, 50 hills of watermelons, cantulopes or cucumbers. 1,000 feet of okra, 1,000 feet of green beans. 100 tomatoe and pepper plants, they survived a late freeze. The peach trees are loaded, already thinning them. Got one tornado warning where I live and over 2 inches of rain, hope it did not wash out to much of my seed. I forgot 30 hills of pumpkins. If most of the Branson's owners are like me, they are busy. Need to find a planter for sowing the corn, okra and beans, this hand sowing, is long process.
Now I need to brush hog and spray the orchard.
If it all produces, I will be spening some late nights picking and going to farmer's markets.

Re: Slow Board
WOW now thats a garden. yea if things go well you should a lots of produce for the market. Do you do any canning or anything like that.
I put out a few cucumber, tomato, squash, brocolli plants and planted a row of beans. Also did another row of lettuce and onions.
Next week is corn and watermelon and cantaloupe. My biggest problem is keeping the deer out. I just gotta another dog and he is a jack russel and beagle mix, he barks at anything that moves so I hope he will keep them run off.
