CIH 4210 4wd switch
tractor has a rocker switch for 2wd/4wd and is locked in 4wd. tracing the wiring down, it appears to have a solenoid in a box under the rear axle that engages/disengages the 4wd. can anyone tell me how it works and how to get it in 2wd? thanks, al

A lot of tractors are naturaly in 4wd when they lose power to the solenoid . Run a new wire from the battery to the soleniod to see if it clicks .

Re: CIH 4210 4wd switch
Hi......In the past when I've had problems with the 4wd I've occassionally found problems with fuses and more often also one of the relays had moisture in it across the contacts.(it's the relay with the smaller prongs and mine is to the left side between the battery and the instrument and fuse panel).
Thanks....Casey
