Re: PalletForks.com - 60" Grapple Buckets $1095 - 42" Pallet Forks $524 & More!
OK folks I am considering either the 36 or 42 inch folks from PalletForks.com for my Bobcat CT 235. It has a lifting capacity at the pin of just over 1650 lbs What are the benefits, if any, of going with the longer 42 inch. Even with shipping they are less than the Ansung 42 inch forks my dealer carries locally for $580. I need to know form others is they have corrected the fit issue indicated in the thread earlier, and durability. I will be moving Hay, fence posts, and digging up and transplanting some lilac bushes in the near future. Nothing very heavy. Thanks

The advantage to me is mainly if you need to load farther onto a trailer or truck bed. Same goes for unloading, if the pallet gets set by a forklift with long forks way back onto the bed. Other than that and maybe hauling a little more, they just weigh more and get in the way more.

Good morning powerscol,
I apologize for the tardy reply. We now test fit every fork attachment with an EOM Kubota quick tach part before they ship to insure the fit will be perfect. See our return policies here: Store Policy

Does anyone know where these pallet forks are made and the quality of the steel used? I'm considering a purchase, but I'm not too thrilled about Chinese products.

The frames are structural steel and made in Tennessee. The forks are fully forged and made in the USA. We plan on selling a light duty imported version some time next year as well as some heavier duty units made in the USA.
If you purchase online from us and you dont like the look of the forks we will have them picked up and give you a 100% refund. See our satisfaction policy here: Store Policy

To bad you couldn't sell a lighter pallet fork made in the U.S.A.

There fork frames are probably just as light as the light construction attachments forks, its the actual forks themselves that are heavy. Compare 1800 lb lifting to 4500 lb lifting.

The later units are 200$ more. Both with free shipping!

I purchased a set of your pallet forks and bale sticker in one this past summer. I would like to know if you have had any one reporting an issue with the main bale spear bending?

The company is great, it is hard to contact them by phone though. And they don't ship to Alaska

I wish they would. Getting a set of Pallet forks for that price would be worth footing some of the shipping cost
