A hydraulic side link with float would work good with the power angle for snow removal.

Re: Adding hydraulic angle to rear blade
For your 8' blade, I would think about using a 3 1/2" x 14" cylinder. If you look to see what the OEM guys use, I'm pretty sure that none of them use anything smaller than 3 1/2".dia cylinders. I know that Land Pride uses a 3 1/2" x 14" for your size of blade.
