South West Virginia Snow

They've got snow in the forecast, but the day-time highs will be such that any light snow will not stick... Likewise for the weekend. This is the time of year that you can indeed just let the snow lie and wait for it to melt. My tractor still has the blade mounted, but I doubt I'll even start it up.

And the moisture will do us good.

Sam this snow was a shock weatherman missed it this time but the moisture is good for the ground so won't complain

We got enough snow S of Staunton to whiten the ground... Some of the biggest snowflakes I've seen in years... But it's turning to rain and mush now. We do need the moisture, so I won't complain. Have a road trip tomorrow, then home to work on a tiller transmission... So inside is OK.

I went outside last night at 11:30 and I saw a few flurries.
