What do you want to do with it. That will determine what you want, then you can look for brand you want.

Are you talking box or grader blade? In the 20+ HP range most should hold up. We only paid $1200 for an 8' Bushhog brand medium duty with Cat 1 & 2 hitch new for the 265 MF.

Like was asked, what is it that you want to do? Grading a road, open field, parking area?

3 most common blades would be a straight rear blade, a box blade or a land plane grading scraper. What you want to do can determine which type of blade you should get.

Let us know so that we can point you in the right direction. ;)

this will be used for snow removal in dirt alley, clearing wrinkle after city plow comes by.
Thanks for the advise.

Thanks for the advise.

For just a bit of clearing work, a rear blade would be the cheapest and reasonably efficient. A loader mounted blade (assuming your 4200 has a loader) would be a lot nicer to use, but it might be tough staying in your budget (unless you can modify a used blade yourself).
If it's just an occasional clearing, you might be best just using your loader bucket...spend a couple hundred on rear chains instead.

Since you wrote it's to clear an alley...consider where you're going to move the snow to...it can pile up fast.
