My Farntrac 25H has only 22 hours,,it is hard to shift into and out of gear most days...hard to get into neutral if tractor is running,,,is there a site or link where i can buy a actual repair manual so i can see how to adjust linkage

I Have a 2002 Farmtrac 45. I have to hold the handle to keep any 3-point attachment up. It was working correctly I think when I bought it, but now it will raise, but if I let go of the handle the handle and the attachment will go down on it on. If I hold the handle it will stay up. Any suggestions
