New Holland 3010 S
Hi yall, looking for the #1 and #2 wiring harness on a New Holland 3010S but really do not want to pay over $400 for these parts. I am pretty handy and could possibly build them but am somewhat unfamiliar with the fusible links situation. Anybody know where a reasonably priced set might be. Cheers--Dennis

Have you ever tried searching it in some online car parts sellers? they sometimes include wide variety of items there such as wiring harness, and sometimes, even an ipod. If you are lucky enough, you can even catch a bargain.

fuseable links are just a type of heavy fuse, they are normally used in the main supply wires from the battery to a main fuse panel or from the alternator to the battery. They will take high amperage and take short durations of higher amperage surges.
When building a wire harness or replacing a burnt link you normally use one that is 2 sizes smaller than the wire it's attached to, they are also colour coded. www.autoshop101.com/forms/hweb1.pdf
Here is little more info on circuit protection. You can get them from any auto parts store( NAPA etc). Jim
