Has anybody had issues with the differential staying locked on their 7610's? Mine seems to be locked full time, the reason I think this is that both wheels seem to spin at the same speed constantly when turning. I thought one should spin and the other slip normally.

Anybody have any ideas what might have caused this? I only have 400 hours on the tractor and rarely use the differential lock.

Thanks.

I had a B7610 for four years and used the diff lock fairly often, it always unlocked itself within a few feet of travel after I released the pedal. If the steering was turned a bit to one side or the other the pressure would hold the lock in until the steering wheel was turned straight again.

If the diff is staying locked, making a tight turn on grass or soft ground would leave the ground dug up where the inside tire traveled.
