broadcast spreader that doesn't suck

I bought the Agrex 500 with the poly hopper, and also bought the remote control that is a $300 option. I use mine in a vineyard, with 8 ft row spacing, so can’t risk wiping out some 20 year old vines by turning around backwards to adjust the flow.

After using this combo for the last 4 years, I will never go back to the hand lever style, too hard on the neck and back, and a bit risky steering wise. It hurt to pay for it at first, but it proved to be money well spent.

I have a farm star pto spreader, I really wanted the pull behind model but it was 200 more .It works great and holdsover 500lbs of whatever. I also clean it well after each use. Neighbor up the road has one he leaves outside, The whole bottom is rusted off. Hard to figure people sometimes.
