Bought a BX broom last summer and stored it outside. when I was attaching it to the tractor I noticed the section of the brush exposed to the sunlight had faded. The bristles had become brittle as a result. I just finished spring clena up on my yard and sure enough the damaged section is now missing about an inch and a half of brush. Is this something covered under warranty or my problem? When the brush is used now it kind of hops on the ground when it hits the shortened bristles. I would think a piece of equipment that is to be used outsid would have been made with uv inhibitors in the plastic.
