Yes, that summarizes it well - IMO for this year;
- Get Gator blades - $80 is typical for three
- Blow leaves into the woods or mulch down with BX as you are regrading the lawn anyway
- Remove the trees you don't want
- Get fill and dirt delivered in piles where you need to change grade once the leaves are off the trees - make the mess with the trucks/ruts in the fall after the leaves fall
- Rent/get a dozer in the spring and grade and seed
