County Tractor - Can't Identify

Hi all, I came across this County tractor that I can't seem to find identification. I don't know much about these tractors and know little about Ford tractors in general. I know this tractor has an aftermarket cab, and I am guessing the dual stacks are a modification. I can't locate the serial plate, and there is no numbering under the hood flaps. I have a picture of the typical number stamping but haven't been able to cross it to anything (4J17 and 42905). My thought was 1164 or 1174 based on the hood striping and front grill. Any information anybody might be able to share or suggestions of anything else I can do to identify it is appreciated!

The actual manufacture was County they were made using some Ford parts;
below is some info from Tractor data.
About all I know was that the County 6 was a Ford 8000 engine on a Ford 5000 transmission and I don't even remember who told me that when I was looking at buying one a few years back, a visual inspection confirmed that at the time, they where not a very maneuverable tractor, hard to get on and off with a lousy turn radius, measure it in yards not feet, full time 4wd so the tires need to be matched up good. They were made in England very few imported.

Hey HRyan, real late response but. That’s a county 1164. There was a post in another tractor forum in 2010 about the exact 1164 in the pics. It was called “County 1164” on the website “My Tractor Forum”. They said they used that tractor for tugging people out ditches in the winter and pulling a manure spreader.
