Dealer/Product Survey

I received surveys in the mail today from John Deere for the tractor, laoder and, brush hog I bought. Has anybody else received these surveys?

Eddie,
The only survey I seen at my Kubota dealer are comment cards,which have about 14 or so question and free mailing,plus the dealer has a website.

Speaking of which...the dearlership opens at 7:30am and I'm sure I need something plus the coffee always hot./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Thomas; After 6 months of ownership, Kubota will be sending you a survey in the mail. That gives you some time to seriously try it out.

The only questions I've been ask like this morning at my local Kubota deraler
1.How are you doing..etc.
2.How the tractor running.
3.When are you going to trade up.

Thomas; Don't know when Kubota started it, but I knew it was coming due to this Board. Sure enough, six months, on the nose, it came. Now, since I keep copies and records of everything, I had scanned a copy of it. This is the questionnaire (as seen by an OCR program, so excuse the garbage, but it will give you the jest):

Thomas; I strongly suspect that each survey is tailored to the particular line/model purchased, while some of the questions are global. But even for non-BX owners, it gives the jest of what type of questions are asked. Take care.
