I ordered some trimmer parts and never received them. No one answers the phone and no replies to email messages. Has anyone else tried to do business with them lately? did they close up? bjr

They are a subsidiary of Generac. Maybe you can try their customer support?

My friends just got a couple of tractor trailers of DR stuff, so I guess they are still in business!

Still in business. They did relocate their headquarters from about 5 miles down the road from me. Relocated a lot of it to a new facility about 45 minutes away shortly after they got taken over by Generac. Are you calling the 800 number on their web site? I suspect some of their local numbers may no longer exist.
