Was wondering if anyone on this forum has setup a xcel metal fence available at Sams Club.

Aspen Style 3-Rail Steel Fence Kit, Powder-Coated Black (6.5'W x 5'H) - Sam's Club

It's $79 for 6.5 ft wide by 5 ft high.

My wooden fence just blew down a week ago due to some high winds in Denver Colorado.
So was thinking of using this gate as it should not be affected by high winds as a solid wood privacy fence.
Planning to plant trees in front for privacy.

I did buy and put together one panel, and it does not seem the strongest, as everything is hollow.
My biggest concern is probably going to be rust, and am thinking I will have go around with a can of spray paint every year to touch up any paint flaking off.

Cannot find but a view reviews on the Sams Club website, and the reviews seem to be fake, at least the 5 star reviews.

If anyone has had experience with these fence panels, let me know.

It looks quite similar to the Ameristar fence panels that we would do on occasion. Pickets go through square grommets and are pinned in place by long rods that run through the rails. It is pretty flimsy by design, but with six anchor points and practically no wind resistance it holds up fairly well. As noted in the pictures, there is enough play in the panels that you can get a fair amount of bias if you're dealing with slopes or irregular surfaces.
The powder coat finish should stand up okay if you use care when assembling and transporting to avoid scratches; the biggest issues will be if you need to cut or drill for fitment, this of course will be a source of rust issues. They offer their own touch up paint, which can probably be sourced a lot cheaper as it's just 40% black.
It doesn't appear that Ameristar deals direct, so if you have need of a lot of panels, it might be advantageous to check with a fence contractor and see if yo can get a bulk discount that would beat Sam's price, if they won't deal on volume.

Ameristar is very similar, maybe a little better. I'll check with with some local fence dealers, that's a good idea.
