Question though - Why? you can run pipe up an existing flue, or have a stainless liner installed very easily. Wood 'mess' is not much of a concern when you use a wood pass-through. it doesnt show much in my pics, but if you look at the bottom closely, you'll see cabinet doors.. This is 'cause the fireplace sits off the floor and has wood storage underneath that I can fill from the outside. No wood stacked or tracked through the house.. It holds 2-3 days worth of wood depending on temps and rate of burn.
