Hi guys, I have installed flywheel to crank 3 times and 4 bolts go right in but can not get the other 2 to start. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to tell how to line up bolts and holes?

Usually the bolts are indexed slighty off from one another, it will only go on the crank one way. Its not much and you may not even see it but its a common thing.

Ding Ding! Winner! You have 6 choices. One will work. When I remove a flywheel, I prick punch the O.D of the flywheel at the top where it sits. If I don't rotate the engine and use a 9/16 NF dowel in the top hole of the crank, the indexed flywheel goes on the supporting dowel correctly the first try.
