I have a 1710 without loader. Rear hydraulics will not lift!
I blew air down the rubber hose low-pressure tube to clear debris and it would work great for a few minutes.
I drained hyd fluid and replaced fluid and filter. (The 1710 has spin-on filter, not screen filter like the 1700)
There is no visible debris in the hydraulic sump so Im assuming blowing the air down the low-pressure pipe maybe freed up a check/safety valve.??
I changed the piston seal which was completely deteriorated and could have sent the debris into the control valve!
I have 1500 psi at the diverter valve but 0 psi at the square gauge plug beside the Lift lowering speed regulator (turtle and rabbit).
I'm assuming this isolates the problem to the control valve attached to the lift lever.
I removed the lift lever assembly (about seven 13mm bolts and banjo bolt for high pressure line) on the right side of the lift cover and inspected.
It does not seem to be stuck open.
Im stumped from here. Maybe the safety valve on the left side of lift cover attached to piston assembly cover?
