I have been told my injector pump may need to be rebuilt on my Kubota B20 TLB. I was told I need to send it to a fuel shop somewhere in Charlotte, NC. Does anyone know anything about what I am talking about? Is the injector pump hard to remove from the engine, is it something I could do? Is it expensive to get a fuel injector pump rebuilt? I called the local kubota dealer and he said he did not repair fuel injector pumps and he would have to send it off for repairs.
I use the tractor every day, its just a little under powered and is hard to start. I had a tractor person look at it and he said it needed the fuel injector pump rebuilt. He based this on the hard starting and slow acceleration.
