Price Check Help JD / Kubota price comparison. 50 hp non-comp

I am looking for a 50 horse cab tractor / 4x4 w/Fel. In my area it looks like John Deere is a lot more expensive. I am comparing the m4900 kubota at $30,000.

Also, what tractor did you compare to the M4900 that came out more expensive? Altough I would point out that there are seldom perfect comparisons. The more expensive tractor is likely to have features or capabilities or less obvious things that make it that way.

I was able to build a nicely equiped 5105 (50 HP), 4WD, w/ 522 FEL for just over $30k ($30,661) on Deere's website. And that's list price. Likely, you can get it for 10% less or better.

Be sure you are comparing apples to apples-some of Deere's competitors have made a lower priced, lower Spec Tractor forcing Deere into the 03 and 05 Series, so check Engines, Hydraulics, Weights, Loader Capacities and so on-sometimes the price you pay IS the price you pay-
