The price difference is $1,800 or more between GC2410 and BX25. It looks GC2410 is better machine than BX25. Is it worth I pay 1,800 or more on GC2410?

When I was looking at subcompacts the Massey dealer gave me a price of $2000.00 more for the GC2400 than I had for the BX2360. Both with the same implements. They did not have a GC2400 for me to look at so I got a BX2360 but always wondered would have I liked the Massey better. This spring I went to that same dealer and they had one there. After sitting on it and looking it over I think I like my BX better. Just my taste not any facts to back that up.

I guess my answer would be no, and has been so far. I've looked at both in the past, and I like the larger engine, and backhoe on the Massey as well as some of the other features like the nicer dash, etc. I don't like the mmm height adjusting mechanism though (at the very least there is no reason it can't be graduated in inches no matter where it is made), or the seat all that much, etc. and I don't think the fit / finish where it doesn't show as much is as good as the Kubota. Around here resale value, and the ease of selling one is poorer too. I just wouldn't pay more for one although that is the way things are around here too. For $2000 you can buy a larger JD, or Kubota.
