The BX2660 and the B2320 are so very similar in price that one should consider both, virtually side by side, at a dealership, before making the decision.

Only you can decide whether you want/need the lower center of gravity provided by the BX2660 or you want/need the higher ground clearance of the B2320. I believe the B2320 might also give you more lift capacity in the FEL.

BTW, don't let the one being "26" hp and the other being "23" hp influence you too much. Kubota winds up the RPM on the BX line for marketing reasons and rates the hp at a lower rpm on B series. Frankly, they are the same D1005 engine. Just sayin'.

Well, dealer here offered 4500 for my b2100 if I buy the BX2660 la243 loader and mmm for 13,250. Should I do it?

The BX2660 is a smaller tractor than your B2100. Unless you want to downsize, I'd stay with a B. I bought my B7610 (24HP, but otherwise very similar to your B2400, only newer, and w/o position control) with LA352 FEL, a KK landscape rake, and a Woods PHD for $7500 in July. It only had 124 hours on it. $6500 is too much for the 855 with almost 2000 hours. The 855 is a good tractor, but much older than your B2100. I recently saw a B2710 w/ FEL with 700 hours on it for $6500. That is the type of deal you want to get.

All that said, there is a lot of value in keeping what you know, and have maintained. $3100 is a lot of money to add the loader, but you'll know how your tractor has been maintained.

Good luck with your search.

The B2320 has more FEL and 3PH lift capacity. The 3PH lift capacity is about 1080lbs 24" behind the pins, where the BX is about 670lbs.

The FEL can lift about 200lbs more.

Regarding engine RPM, I find the lower RPM, usually larger displacement engines of the B easier on the ears. The 24HP D1105 on my B7610 gets its 24HP at 2600 RPM, where the similar HP BX2350 & BX2360 get there 23HP at 3200 RPM.

Thank you for all your advice. I have second thought about the BX2660. Would check the B2320 out tomorrow. Since the dealer close today, how much is difference in price comparable equipped between BX2660 and B2320? Since dealer wants my belly mower but I can keep my box blade, the new tractor would have FEL and the mower. Talk about mower, what size would be ideal for the B2320.

Thanks for your help.
