Lights want turn off after key turned off intermittently. Any suggestions only 35 hours

Yes the lights remain on after turning off the engine. Turning the lights on and off with dash switch doesn’t work kubota BX2380 with 35 hours

If this tractor has only 35 hours on it, I would suspect that it is still under warranty. I would contact your local dealer. I would not attempt to do anything with it that might cause your warranty to be voided.
