Lets see here ?

My experience, Ford/NH ford/NH times back to dealer with all the machines ever owned ZERO, JD times back to the dealer with all machines ever owned ZERO, Case/ International all times back to dealer with 3 machines that I still own 35 years later is ZERO. Starting to see a trend here? Parts can be shipped in and the only time I would think a mechanically inclined owner would want to go to the dealer is if they had problems from the start but we are not talking about machines that are known to be problematic in nature but rather have proven just the opposite. One year from purchase and the only thing I needed for the Kioti was filters so think they could be shipped in if the dealer was a distance away? Maybe if it was a problem machine known for having bad engines or something it would be a concern but even if the dealer closed as did my case International dealer I would suspect that over a 35 year time frame they couldn't spend 10,000 on shipping parts that might be needed under normal wear and tear of any of the machines he is looking at.

Coobie, would you do that with a 20 grand difference? I don't no about you but my machine has not been seen at the dealers since I bought it.
My kioti has been a great tractor like yours has not been back to the dealer except for my 50 service.Just saying 400 miles one way is a longgg hoof if you ever need service.I thought the OP said in his original post it was $10 grand difference which is still a big chunk of change? My Kioti dealer is about 70 miles one way and thats about as far as I would go.I do have my own truck and trailer to haul it with so thats makes it a little easier.

On the topic of trailers, is this size tractor able to be hauled in a dump trailer? weight wise I guess it shouldn't be an issue, the only problem I can see is the physical size.

Good question. I'd want to know the specifics about that, including any height restrictions because of the cab height, etc. It would be good to know for the entire route to the Kioti dealer in case you ever had to haul it to them.

It'd be one heck of a dump trailer. The NX6010 is 78" wide across the rear wheels with industrial tires mounted. On the other hand, A $20k difference allows for the purchase of a car hauler to chase the tractor around. If you go that route, get a 22' or 24' trailer as my 20' is cramped when things are mounted on the tractor.

I would expect your dump trailer has a GVWR somewhere, unless it was home built. Aside from physical dimensions, two of tractors you're talking about are +/- 4200 lb, so I think a 7k car hauler would be the minimum you could get away with. (Isn't the 35 series Mahindra, like, 5500 lb?) Throw on loaded tires, FEL + grapple, rear implement like Eric shows above, and you're talking 10k dual braking axle minimum. In Oregon, moving to that size or larger trailer makes it "commercial", plus the tow vehicle also must be registered as commercial. That results in quite a number of 9999 GVW trailers being pulled by half tons.

IMHO it would be unstable(height)top heavy in a dump trailer.I haul my Kioti DK40 se with a bumper pull 20ft PJ 7,000 lbs axles.no issues.
