Local tractor hauling for private party sale

In my case, it would not make any sense for me to rent a trailer, tow it 450 miles, and decide when I saw the tractor that I did not want to buy it.
Then I would tow the empty trailer 450 miles back, and pay $70 per day for a 3 day ($210) rental?

You're buyin a tractor 450 miles away?

4 pages?
I'm on page 1.

And what is this about advertisements?

/edit - I get 40 posts per page.

Then you don't count. ;)

Yup....sure did!
Why not?
I have a 14K trailer and the vehicle to pull it.

Would have never found a sweet little 4x4 Ford 1920 FEL just sitting around the corner, or even in the same state.
I had to bring one to me.
Now completely refurbished. Looks like new!

Am looking for a low hour Kubota L48 right now.
When I find the right one, I'll go get it. (if it is within 1000 miles)

Here's an intro paragraph to a forum on another site:

"Yesterday's Tractor Co. Hauling Schedule Service

If you are going to be hauling a tractor across country or between cities, and have room for another in either direction, please post your information here. Someone else may have a tractor they need hauled too. This is a great way to save on gas and cut the costs of your trip! It also enables those who may not otherwise purchase a tractor that is several States away to do so economically."
