Assuming you didn't. You quote to him concerning selling him a red tractor was somewhere near 15% lower than the price he quoted off the Internet. No surprise there. Unless you didn't know that.
There is no standard percentage of what an internet price is or should be, nor is there a standard markup for internet sales.
I'm assuming *you* assume that internet prices are 15% higher than actual prices, however you'd be mistaken as I said earlier, there is no standard of internet pricing.
