Has anyone heard of a repair to the lower link seal on the axle-Or where to get the seal for this?

I think you are referring to the pin that holds the lower links and is in the rear axle housing. If it comes loose it will leak and it should be re tightened or replaced ASAP so it doesn't wallow out hole in the casting. I don't believe there is a seal there. It's just a taper fit pin and it has to be pretty tightly torqued. You usually have to take the 'trumpets" (axle shaft housings) off to get to them.
