I was diging around under the hood of my 65 the other day and discovered that it was equiped with two auto-lite horns ( I always wondered what that button on the dash that does nothing was for). They are stuffed up in front of the radiator and appear to be origional equipment. However I cant find any information on them, if they were an option or even why it has them. Does anyone know more about these or run into the same sittuation, how many models were equiped with them. Any infromation would be great, thanks.

The AGCO parts manual for the 65 does not list any horns, they are a owner add on.

Its good aftermarket work then cause it looks profesional enough to fool me. Makes me wonder though, why would the previous owner put horns on it? Mysteries of life I guess.

Works great for getting the cows out of the way.

I suppose that could work haha, I have heard of older tractors having horns for signaling the guys working a threshing machine but this tractor is way to new (even though its fairly old) for any of that.
