Max 26XL mid mower won't raise

I have a front loader on this and the brackets under tractor seem to prevent the mower from raising more than 1/2" Is this the way it is?

The loader or mounts shouldn't affect the Mower deck operation in any way. If the mower linkage is hooked up properly it should have several inches of travel. Is the 3 point control max height adjuster set high enough for the deck to be lifted more?
