I dug a little deeper and see that there is a 1723E and a 1723EB, a 1725M and a 1725 MB. the implies TLB. Besides the new features, one might assume they are lined up similar in difference to the 1705, 1710, 1715, and 1720. I just bought a 2018 GC1720, and I'm now kinda wondering if I should have held out? I've got less than 2 hr on the machine...

AGCODEALER what do you think the exchange policy would be in my case if I wanted to opt for the 2019 1725MB ? I've had the new unit for about 2 weeks. Is AGCO going to back something like this?

There is not an exchange program dealer would have to trade for it. We've done it with customers that decided they wanted a different tractor. Dealer can get warranty suspended so it stops the clock from running. Talk to your dealer and see what they can do for you.

I'm on the fence, I really wanted one but I have 3 dealers each about 75 miles from me, and each one badmouths the other, they badmouth agco, when I tried to reach out to agco they don't have a clue what the dealers are up to, they badmouth their own dealers and nobody seems to know what's going on. All this before the sale, how am I going to make out if I have a problem after the sale? PS dealers still have lots of 2017s let alone 2018s on their lot covered in leaves. Really doesn't make for a good impression!

We've added information on the New GC1723E & GC1725M to our information resource and several pictures. They were released to the public today at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky and the World Ag Expo in Tulare, California. Those shows are continuing for the next few days if you want to see them in their first public shows. Some nice additions and now the numbering system is same as all Massey Ferguson Models GC17 is the Series 23 or 25 is approximate Engine HP (On larger than Compacts just add "0" behind 3rd & 4th Digit to get Engine HP) the "E" follows the same suffix as other series as the Basic Feature Model, "M" give you More Features, "H" is for Heritage Models and "S" Series are the Superior Feature and Superior Performance Models like the Full Featured 5700SL, 6700S, 7700S & 8700S Series.

They have added some pretty nice features to a very nice little tractor. Should make it sell really well.

Looking at the specs I see the PTO HP is less. I have the 1705 with 22.5 HP and 18.9 PTO HP that's another HP above the 1725 with 24 HP and 2 more HP more than the 1723, weird.. Those numbers are more in line with the JD 1023 and 1025R. Wonder why the PTO HP dropped on the new ones.

1723e 22.5 (16.8)
MFGC1725M 24.0 (17.9)
