My Dad discs the ground then plants clover, peas or soybeans. The tilled areas grow well and the deer eat it as it sprouts.


He also plants hedge bushes and honey suckle in hand prepared areas.

The CULTIVATOR looks like a widely spaced leaf rake....:laughing:
What does it do that the rigid diggers of the box scraper do not do?
Maybe it does it "gentler" (is that a word?)
What does a DISK do?

This is on plowed ground, so it works it up really nice, but it will work up un-plowed ground, it just takes more weight on the disc and a lot more passes.

I have found a new dealer with a new straight 5' disk for $575 and an adjustable 6' disk for $675.
Can't seem to find any used ones:confused:
