Since I received my B3030 with 60" MM deck, it has been difficult to remove the front link when removing the deck. The short link piece has really been tight.. Tighter than a gnats *** stretched over a rain barrel tight..
So I took some measurements & called dealer.. They have been aware of this, and have "adjusted" by bending one of the arms on the short link piece.. I said this is not really acceptable, and asked for resolution.
I discovered Kubota has been mis-manfucturing this long link piece.. Pictures attached..
Long story, but dealer has alerted Kubota, and they are awaiting new batch of decks in November, Hopefully Kubota has manufactured these correctly..
Dealer will swap out link part when they come in..
I'll let you know..
Oh, BTW, I think I have crooked loader too.. I am testing now, but appears as the classic left side too high issue ~3/4"... Groan
