I'd have to look for the brand name, but the operator's manual for my auger recommends at least a 35hp tractor to run a 12" auger.
I appreciate that. Didn't even think to check there. I'm still a bit of a newb at this stuff.

IMO, are you actually saving any money if the Summit price is $19,499 when something like the Yanmar SA425 with loader can be found for $19,900?

Or how about a new TYM T25 and loader for $18,600? 2023 TYM T25 For Sale in Oneida, Tennessee

If you have a problem that is covered under warranty, are you doing to do the work yourself or would you have to pay the shipping to take the tractor somewhere to get it repaired under warranty?

Idk... The 425 is at 23k around me.

As far as warranty work goes, I guess I'd do what I would with either of those, or other more bargain brands - load it on a trailer and drive an hour and a half to a dealer/service center.

The only dealers within 30 minutes of me are JD and Kubota. Everything else is kind of a level playing field. JD is the most convenient dealer, but the least value for dollar...
