Snow Melter

 / Snow Melter #2
I found a snow melt that won't harm my dogs or cows. The chemicals used won't hurt them if they eat it or it gets absorbed through their feet. It's Morton Safe-T-Pet and I found it on sale at http://www.provetlogic.com/for-the-home-and-business/morton-safe-t-pet-ice-melt.html.

I also like the blue beads they put in there because it lets me know how much I have spread.
Great idea for more information on this topic see this post as well The Regal Beagle Dallas, Ga

been using that for a few years. seems to work ok. they sell that at home depot and tractor supply in our area. way cheaper at home depot than amazon. amazon lists 8 pounds for $23. home depot sells 25# bag for $21.

Link dosnt work. It's either mag chloride or calcium chloride. Both are usualy cheaper when you buy them by that name and not "pet safe"
