Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Snow plowing

   / Snow plowing #31
I do the driveways of a number of neighbors. Some are relatives that my father always did the job for before he passed away, so its abit of a tradition. One day last winter an old guy down the the road came out of the house and hollared "thanks", and thew a case of beer and a frozen goose in the bucket. I find if you don't charge you don't worry about getting to them asap, and this is important as I work shift work during the winter, (snow removal), and sometimes I'm doing these driveways at strange times. Happy plowing

I agree about the idea that if you don't charge, you are not held to a specific time frame, or even to do it if other things...like work...prevent you from being nice. My business travel is analogous to your shift work, so I'm with you 100%. I like being neighborly, but I don't need a second job!
