Swivel eye repair?

I have a hydraulic top link.

The swivel eye that is welded to the cylinder has several cracks in the sleeve part. It still is intact right now but may start to crumble soon.

Can you replace the swivel sleeve? Or do I need to replace the whole eye.

G'day i think you will have to replace the whole eye i have not seen the bush available seperately
