Thread about Deere tractors owned by Deere, NOT farmer/purchaser(s)?

Searched for but can't seem to locate a thread from a few days ago that tells the recent upshot of Deere's battle against the farmer/owner of Deere tractors; saying that 'you' don't own it - Deere does...
Can anyone point me to the thread? I'd appreciate any help,
