Thank you. My bushings are gone.
I took my tie rods out because they were loose. There was no grease at all inside of those parts. I added a grease fitting to them. I also pressed them down in a press to tighten up the joints. So far so good.Thank you. My bushings are gone.
Moog or TRW are the big US players. India and other places make them too. Most OEM stuff is COTS (commercial off the shelf) figuring out whose shelf is the problem. Quite often the part will be stamped and a little googlefoo will lead you to a new one. Then there's the times where you have to get a set of calipers and figure out what you have, then start catalog digging.Is it that unusual of size? I mean, Tie Rod ends in automotive applications are fairly universal these days.
