I kinda wished i'd waited for your recipe now. I found one on internet that was basically 2 tablespoon salt, 4 cups of water. I added garlic and peppercorns and a touch of turmeric for color. I'll try and post pict.

Pickled some eggs yesterday


Glad I took this picture, I needed to top off the liquid in the right jar. I am guessing the peppers in that jar filled up with brine and lowered the level. I only added them to that jar.
