I know this is a little late on the upload... But here are some pictures of the wood hauler. It's fairly loaded. I'm able to move a cord in about 2 trips.

I use a tsc carry all with a 4' wide pallet with 3 pieces of plywood lagged to the sides and front to carry about 1/3 cord of wood on my ford 5000. the loader carries the chainsaw and kindling/chaps/oil and gas. 1/3 to 1/2 cord is ok if it's small stuff. if there's no airspace with big oak rounds, it's too heavy if full.
I did bend the carry all a little, but will reinforce when it warms up.

I like being able to set the pallets next to the house door for loading into the stove.

they're really handy and well worth the $.
