Use of a welder/generator as only welder

Been using my new Miller Bobcat 250 now for a little over a week and it is sweet. It's like night and day between that and my older 225nt. Besides welding one of the best features I like is being able to talk to someone next to the truck and be able to "hear" them when the machine idles down. I'll give credit to the Lincoln ranger as it is more quiet but again the price tag didn't justify the difference. Haven't used it to power anything more than my grinder and portaband but I'll be able to after the barn is built as it will be my primary power for the time being.
